Returns and Exchanges

Our quality control team at Make Curtain checks all products thoroughly before sending them out. We take customer feedback seriously and aim to make sure you’re completely satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your order, here’s what you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges:

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please email us right away at support@makecurtain.com with pictures.

  1. We offer a simple three-day return policy for standard size curtains. No questions asked!
  2. Custom-size curtains cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Curtains with lining or blackout lining cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for curtain accessories.
  5. Fabric samples cannot be returned or exchanged.
  6. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for standard or custom curtains made from fabrics not listed on our website. This includes fabrics from our offline collection or made on special request.
DISCOUNT SALE:

We don’t accept returns for items sold during a “Discount Sale”, but we’re happy to exchange them for a product of equal value from your invoice. You’ll need to cover the shipping charges for both sending the item back to us and receiving the exchanged product.

Here’s how to return standard-size curtains:
  1. Email support@makecurtain.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll reach out to you to arrange a pickup of the curtains. Please make sure they’re in the same condition and packaging as when you received them.
  3. After we receive the curtains, we’ll issue a full refund using the same payment method you used for the order. For COD orders, we’ll contact you for bank transfer details.
  4. If you want to exchange the curtains for a different standard-size option, we’ll gather the necessary information from you and provide a new estimated delivery timeline.

Remember, we can’t accept return or exchange requests after three days. If you have any concerns about the product quality, email us at support@makecurtain.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

For custom curtains or standard-size curtains with lining or blackout lining

If you’re not satisfied with what you received, we’re here to assist you. Let us know about any concerns, and we’ll address them based on the following scenarios:

a) Quality Defects:

If you notice any defects in your custom curtains, email us at support@makecurtain.com with details and photos. Our team will assess the issue and work with you to provide a replacement if necessary.

b) Incorrect Order Specifications:

If the custom curtains you receive don’t match the dimensions you requested, let us know within three days of delivery by emailing support@makecurtain.com. We’ll arrange for a pickup of the incorrect curtains and send you a replacement that matches your original order.

c) Wrong Dimensions Entered:

If you made a mistake with the size when ordering custom curtains and need alterations, email us at support@makecurtain.com. We’ll do our best to help or suggest options for fixing the issue. Please note, you’ll be responsible for any alteration charges and shipping costs.
